great breakfast super convenient location friendly staff basic room slow wifi missing kettle

the breakfast was seriously awesome i mean tons of options it tasted great too the hotel location is super convenient i walked to everything i wanted to see the staff were so friendly and spoke perfect english it helped a lot

my room felt pretty basic i thought it would be more updated the wifi was really slow i barely used it i wished there was a kettle in the room so i could make tea i also missed having a mini fridge for drinks

easy access tasty selection comfortable room

The location allows easy access to main bus routes. Breakfast offered a very tasty selection. Rooms were clean and they had a comfortable setup. I found the hotel to be very quiet overall.

My room was too hot. The air conditioning unit did not work correctly. This made the room uncomfortable despite my attempts to adjust the temperature.

The room was clean and well-kept, i had a standard double or twin room. the breakfast had a decent selection of foods. I appreciated the variety. the staff was very helpful and friendly .

the television in the room looked to have only czech stations.

convenient location included breakfast thin pillows ac noise

the location was really convenient, i found a metro station nearby. breakfast was also included, a real plus for starting the day quickly.

The pillows were quite thin. the ac system made some noise. It was hard to sleep at times.

The hotel is near the metro. the room was clean. staff members are kind. They helped me with directions. i found the location quite convenient. Several public transport options are accessible.

The wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in my room. This made it slightly difficult to stream videos. I had to go to the lobby at times.

the hotel features a main elevator that displayed weather updates daily. there was also convenient access to a metro line just a short walk, about five minutes away, so transportation was easy.

My room included a safe for valuables. It also had a fridge that was quite useful. daily cleaning kept the room tidy. This included fresh towels and neatly made beds so i was comfortable.

Dragan spoke english perfectly. He assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. he found me a nearby parking spot at a reasonable price when the hotel parking was full. he was helpful throughout my stay!
